From a meticulous selection of the ripest grapes of three different plots in the highest part of our Family-owned vineyard Cascina Il Bricco, located in the village of Treiso. Il Bricco vineyard is characterized by a very high elevation and a very cool climate.
In stainless steel tanks at quite high temperatures. Skin contact maceration for 30 days.
In large French oak “botti” for about 30 months; for a small amount in barriques as well.
Big, powerful structure, rich with ripe fruit. Soft and spicy. Sweet and ripe tannins. Long ageing potential. Very few bottles produced every year.
