Babylonstoren Babel is a dry red wine from Simonsberg, South Africa. It is a full bodied Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec blend with 14.0% abv. Suitable for Vegetarians. Babylonstoren Babel is an inspired blend by winemaker Klaas Stoffberg under the watchful eye of cellarmaster Charl Coetzee, one of Novel Wines' earliest supporters. It's an intense red wine with sweet, smoky aromas followed up by a fusion of red berry and chocolate notes on the palate. This silky-smooth, spicy red wine is ideal drinking for any fan of big red wines.
