La Muse 2016 : Super light bodied for a prestigious California red blend, but it’s honestly the best Sonoma has to offer. Mostly cab Franc, this bottle offers ripe red fruits on the palate and a dry, herbaceous finish accented by a perfect synthesis of dry, grippy tannins, smooth, slightly dried fruits, and refined vanilla, mushroom, and sage.

La Joie 2016 : Marvelous blend of 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot. This full- bodied, powerful and elegant knitted wine has tremendous purity and layers of crème de cassis, white flowers, unsmoked cigar, wet gravel, dried raspberries, fresh bay leaves, incense, star anise and baked boysenberries. The muscular structure is marked by supple, refined tannins and a deep, multi- dimensional texture , showing harmony , balance , class and an elegant , graceful finish.

Le Désir 2016 : Muscular and controlled red cherry and raspberry leaf dominate the opening beats of this wine, with white pepper and grilled rosemary coming in through the mid palate. This is an enjoyable wine with a silky texture, round mouthfeel and a confident build up of tannins. This provides a beautifully nuanced Cabernet Franc counterbalance to the rest of the range.
