The Cuvée Brut of Charles Collin, made from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, is a gourmet cuvée, with a beautiful freshness and balance. After having aged 3 years in the cellar, the first nose is both fruity and fresh with aromas of apple, citrus and pear, and then opens up to notes of pastry, bread. On the palate, it's supple, fresh and very fruity with a more vinous finish. It is the perfect expression of Pinot Noir! Pleasure, simplicity, fruitiness and greediness are all there.
