ALLEGRINI Amarone Della Valpolicella Classico DOCG, 2015

Deep purple, plum, cassis, soy sauce, oak, tomato on the nose. Some sweetness, chocolate, really bold tannins on the palate, prolonged aftertaste of tannins. This is an incredible wine that is bold and full, and desperately needs a bold cheese to match. With the right cheese pairing it is hard to beat this wine.
