YANN CHAVE Crozes Hermitage TRADITION Rouge, BIO, 2023

The nose is open and very present. It is clean, fresh, fruity and aromatic. We find juicy cherry, blackberry, a touch of black pepper and some menthol notes. Rich, around fresh blackcurrant, a hint of pepper and some notes of liquorice. The entry in the mouth is greedy, fresh and pulpy. The fruit appears immediately, the fresh blackberry or even a spicy sensation. The tannins are numerous and delicate. It gives this mouth a dense, deep and ripe character. The finish is long and the whole presents a balance marked by the fruit and the finesse.
