FREY SOHLER Pinot Gris Vieilles Vignes, 2021
Pale yellow color, still young with silver reflections, very bright, beautiful appearance and a certain density. The nose is pleasant and fine, it develops aromas of white-fleshed fruits (pear, vine peach), but also more exotic touches with fragrances of lichen, pineapple, apricot and thus a background. discreetly spicy. Airing is enriched with delicately honeyed notes and aromas of oriental pastries. In the mouth it is a Pinot Gris with roundness and suppleness. We have lightness, gluttony with perfumes that are well restored. The sweetness and smoothness of the perfumes are coated by a pretty freshness which carries the wine to the finish. The whole is well made with a tangy fruity freshness that persists.
