Great purity, freshness and finesse for this vintage. A difficult vintage resulting a concentrated, fruit-driven, intense wine. Cherry, mulberry with a hint of earth. Very lean and fresh on the palate with remarkable length and purity.
Dry entry with med tannins. Plum and blueberries with some herbs and eucalyptus. Oak on the mid palate with a soft velvety finish. Some chalk on the dry finish. 14,5% gives a subtle sweetness on the finish. It has a touch of vanilla on the after taste. An exceptional Merlot .
