Translucent pale lemon with aromatic nose of vanilla, white stone fruit & a spray of citrus. Dry, mouth-watering acidity (in a good way) with medium body & 12.5% abv. White stone fruit & orchard fruit on the palate with good minerality & a long lingering slightly herby finish.
