Domaine BILLAUD SIMON Chablis Grand Cru LES PREUSES 2020, 75cl

A brilliant Chablis - as it will have a long runway. Huge wafts of rich honey, spiced yellow apples, lanolin, lemon curd and sweet almonds. The richness of the vintage 2007 comes through fully and with the more golden colour, as well. Heavier on the palate than most Chablis, but this is not cloying. This demands a richer fish dish with a thicker sauce.
