The wines produced in Aloxe-Corton usually have a nice aging potential and are often called the Corton little brothers. This wine is nicely contentrated, well-balanced with cherry aromas.
It is the perfect companion to red roasted meat and small game. It may also be paired with cheese.

Santenay Clos Rousseau delivers a complex and delicate nose, fruity (red fruits). The palate is very fleshy and concentrated, offering flavors of Morello cherry and stone fruit.
