Dark and heavy, with elegance.
Smokey nose with aromas of rose, cherry stone, tobacco leaves, dark chocolate and blackberries. Relatively tannic and acidic, but the balance is sublime.
Springy, tight and ultra-focused palate with notes of blackcurrant, oak, cherry and cranberries on the palate.
It went so well with spicy pork fillet cured saucisson.
